Sustainable Bio Wastewater Treatment for a Cleaner Tomorrow
Water is one of Earth's most valuable resources, and responsible wastewater management is essential for protecting our environment. The Ergon Bio Tank System – Bio STP (Biological Sewage Treatment Plant) is designed to transform domestic and commercial sewage into environmentally safe treated water through advanced biological processes. By harnessing the power of naturally occurring microorganisms, the system minimizes pollution, conserves water resources, and supports sustainable development.
The Ergon Bio Tank System operates on a two-stage biological treatment process. In the Bio Collection Tank, anaerobic bacteria naturally break down organic waste through Hydrolysis, Acidogenesis, Acetogenesis, and Methanogenesis, significantly reducing sludge formation, odour, and harmful pollutants. The partially treated wastewater then enters the Bio STP / Evapotranspiration Zone, where aerobic microorganisms complete the purification process while engineered media and vegetation promote natural evapotranspiration and water recycling.
